A minha paixão foi sempre poder utilizar a criatividade e a imaginação, combinado com reciclagem de materiais e criar novos objectos.

Utilizando diversos materiais, barro, arames, madeiras, vime, gesso, conchas, missanga, rendas, redes, canas...

Vim à descoberta deste imenso mundo que é a cerâmica. Pensei que fosse algo mais superficial e simples, mas afinal este mundo cerâmico não tem nada de simples, absoluto e objectivo.

O barro tem vida própria, energias, sentimentos reflectidos..

Acredito que haja uma hora certa para tudo o que nos acontece na vida, e a cerâmica veio quando tinha que vir.. Na sua hora certa ..

Toda uma conjuntura à volta de mim se uniu e recebeu de braços abertos esta nova etapa da minha vida.

Uma etapa que veio para ficar.. É o veiculo que eu quero usar para comunicar com o mundo que me rodeia.. Poder dizer ao mundo como me sinto.. Falar através do barro..

I believe that there is a right time for everything that happens to us in life, and the ceramic came when it had to come.

A whole conjuncture around me came together and welcomed this new stage of my life with open arms.

A stage that is here to stay .. It is the vehicle that I want to use to communicate with the world around me .. To be able to tell the world how I feel .. Speak through the clay ..
